DESCRIBING A PICTURE

SCRIPT:

1. Title, artist, date
2. Type of painting: portrait, landscape, still life painting
3. Material: oils, water colours, crayons, markers, pencil, etc
4. Size
5. Realistic or abstract (explain)
6. Describe the scene and what´s happening (at the top, at the bottom, in the middle, on the left, on the right, things that are close, things that are far away, at the front, at the back, etc)
7. Describe the objects and the colours (shapes, lines, types of colours,etc)
8. Describe the people: clothes, actions, body and face description, what they are feeling and thinking, place in the painting)
9. Describe the mood and the atmosphere
10. Describe how the painting makes you feel (explain, give reasons)

Use the word bank you have learnt in class and you should have on your notebook. Follow the script to cover all requirements. Use full sentences for each step (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO GET A POINT FOR EACH STEP; 10 IN TOTAL)

GUIÓN:

1. Título, artista, fecha

3. Material: óleo, acuarela, ceras, rotuladores, lápiz, etc
4. Tamaño

6. Describe la escena y qué está pasando (arriba, abajo, en medio, a la izquierda, a la derecha, cosas que están cerca, cosas que están lejos, al frente, al fondo, etc)
7. Describe los objetos y los colores (formas, líneas, tipos de colores, etc)
8. Describe la gente: ropas, acciones, descripción del cuerpo y la cara, qué están sintiendo y pensando, lugar que ocupan en la pintura)
9. Describe el estado de ánimo y la atmósfera
10. Describe cómo te hace sentir la pintura (explica, da razones)

Usa el banco de palabras que has aprendido en clase y deberías tener en tu cuaderno. Sigue el guión y cubre todos los requisitos. Usa frases completas para cada paso (ESTO ES MUY IMPORTANTE PARA CONSEGUIR UN PUNTO POR CADA PASO; EN TOTAL 10)
